About us
HAUS is a private company based in Sarajevo and Tomislavgrad, providing consulting services for brands, organizations, and companies in the Balkan area. Since 2000, our team is developing brand images and distribution networks for several international brands within SEE countries (Croatia, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, and Albania). Since 2006, as pioneers in this market, we have been engaged in different successful projects by applying PMI standards, tools, and techniques. Under our belt, we have more than 100 successful projects involving production site building, brand strategies, concept development, logistics and distribution network development, etc... Collaboration with retailers, marketing, and media outlets is our daily business. Furthermore, we expand our coverage in other business areas by taking a part in market price monitoring and media investments.
In addition, we deliver innovative solutions for energy savings. Our ULTRA energy-saving device, is the leader in this area. HAUS, as an experienced partner, contributes with bonus values for customers by implementing high efficiency projects at a low cost. Eng. Ethem Numić, HAUS general manager and owner, has collaborated with international brands such as Ferrero, Barilla, Ehrmann, Moulino Bianco, Evian, Frico, and Paladin since 2000. Developing local marketing strategies and distribution networks for these brands, Mr. Numić has implemented more than 100 successful end-to-end solutions. From the beginning, he functioned as a project manager and marketing director on brand and product development for Violeta, currently, the most popular hygiene brand in the SEE area.
